Second hand and new firearms cannot be purchased directly via the Hamills NZ website. Use the website to search and view the firearms which interest you. Purchases can be made by contacting the specific store directly during normal opening hours. Alternatively, make an enquiry to the store by email or fax.

To purchase a firearm, a valid firearms licence must be viewed in accordance with New Zealand firearm licensing laws. The sales transaction is between the buyer and seller of the firearm and all responsibility is between these two parties and not the Hamills NZ website. All prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and are inclusive of gst. (12.5% goods and services tax).

Returns Policy

We will be happy to refund or exchange items, which are returned to us within 7 days of purchase, providing they have not been used or worn. Goods must be returned to the store from which they were purchased. Please note that (unless the return is due to a fault or error) we do not generally refund postage or courier costs.

Consumer Guarantees Act

All purchases from information provided by this site, are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned, if they are not of an "acceptable quality" If you return goods in accordance with this provision, Hamills NZ is required to provide a refund or a replacement product within a reasonable period of time.
